MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

VIP GUEST MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership Initiation Fee is a non-refundable fee, billed annually on the first business day closest to the anniversary date payment, and required for all categories of membership. The Annual Membership Initiation Fee is non-refundable and transferable only as provided for in The Bouverie Saloon

SINGLE: £80

VIP Member: Member + 1 Guest 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS MAY BE BROUGHT IN FOR £10 PER PERSON 


Assumptions of Liability

Applicant understands and agrees that Applicant is assuming no liabilities whatsoever in connection with this membership other than the payment of any applicable membership, and charges incurred by Applicant and Applicant’s guests, including family members, in the use of the Club. Membership does not confer upon Applicant any ownership, interest, or rights of any nature in the Club property or assets, as further provided in the Membership Plan. 

Applicant understands that any use of the facilities at the Club by Applicant and Applicant’s guests, including family members, is done at their own risk, and the Club, the Owner and their owners, employees and agents are not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of personal property. 

The owners and landlord assume no liability whatsoever in connection with handicap accessibility. A wheelchair accessible lift is located in the entrance hallway. Owners, managers and employees serve and assist handicapped members and guests to the best of our capabilities within the Club’s facility. 

Payment of Membership Dues is due on receipt of the annual statement; Applicant agrees to pay the account when due. 


Resignation/Transferability/Refunds subject to the payment in full of the Membership Initiation Fee, as applicable. Applicant may resign from the Club by giving notice to an owner, manager or employee. 


Transfers may be made solely through The Bouverie Saloon .It is understood and agreed that there shall be only one (1) Member per membership; membership shall not be issued in joint names. With regard to any claim or dispute about the ownership of a membership, the Club shall rely on this agreement to confirm ownership of the membership in the name of Applicant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a change in personal status [need to encompass death, new marriages, etc.], this membership is not divisible and shall be allocated by agreement of all claimants, or in the absence of an agreement, by court order. Such allocations are subject to the sole approval of the Club.


Membership Plan/Rules and Regulations

Applicant hereby acknowledges that Applicant has received, has read, understands and agrees to the Membership Plan and the Rules and Regulations for The Bouverie Saloon (the "Rules and Regulations") applicable to this membership, which are incorporated herein by reference. 

Applicant hereby agrees that Applicant’s use of the Club and privileges under the membership are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth therein. 


Applicant agrees to conform to and abide by said Membership Plan and Rules and Regulations as each may be amended from time to time. The Club reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate memberships in the Club, to discontinue operation of any or all of the Club facilities, to sell or otherwise dispose of the Club facilities in any manner subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Plan, and to make any other changes to the terms and conditions of membership or use of the Club facilities. Where applicable, references to the "Club" shall mean the management of the Club as appointed by the Owner. Applicant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the 


Applicant is acquiring the membership for the sole purpose of obtaining recreational use of the Club facilities, and not as an investment or for economic gain or profit.
